Jennifer discovered that her true passion was in product design while working as a bank clerk. She left banking to apprentice as a technical product designer at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany. She was then accepted into the product design program at Bauhaus University in Weimar, Germany. To complete her apprenticeship and study at Bauhaus, Jennifer had to travel 400 km between Weimar and Karlsruhe. Jennifer just completed an internship in Toronto at Invention Development and Product Design company Mako Invent and has returned to Germany to complete her degree.
Every Friday we’ll share a new video from our 6-part interview series with German product designer Jennifer Schuster! Stay linked for the 1st installment next Friday, November 25.
